Description
Grossglockner is Austria's tallest mountain and the Alps centerpiece of the Hohe Taurern National Park. We are hiking up to Glorer Hut,elevation 8800 feet, and get a magnificent view of the south face, and glacier, shrouded in clouds and fog on an unusually cold fall day. The mountain has always held a place of power, myth and legend.
