The entrance to the Obras - a church in Antigua, Guatemala which has been restored and also functions as a hospital.
The word Obras, in Spanish, means works, but can also be used to describe a site, a project, a deed or doing.
The hospital serves those most in need and invites many volunteer teams to work with the local staff to perform surgery, and other medical consultations.
