Zihuatanejo is a fishing village turned tourist attraction and resort town on the Pacific Coast of Mexico. The town stretches from the bay inland to the Sierra Madre del Sur mountains. Its protected bay is a not so well kept secret for the avid fisherman and this morning, we ,like many others are off to try our hand at sportsfishing. Sunrise is a spectacular array of colors, black, blue, yellow and orange, abstract,without any definition of sea, earth or sky. .We encounter much marine life ,turtles, dolphins and catch sailfish which are the prize and carefully returned to the waters.
