Description
The Vervet monkey of Tanzania, Africa is an Old World Monkey of the family Cercopithecidae. It is a small black faced monkey with a conspicuous white band across the forehead. Most startling is the male with a turquoise blue scrotum and a red penis.They live in woodlands or savannah and recently have become a valuable research tool ,as they have very humanlike behaviors,and social structure and are very adaptable to changing habitat and diet.
