Description
A farmer heads home after his daily stop at the closest village water pump( the only safe water supply) to fill his copper container for his family's drinking and cooking needs.
This is Nepal, along the Annapurna Circuit, where your path will take you by terraced crop fields, impossibly steep mountains, a small shrine, prayer flags or monastery, tiny villages ,ancient stone homes and tea houses. .All traffic is on footpaths, over swaying bridges , deep gorges and rushing rivers. You share the trail with pack horses, mules, or people, all carrying monstrous loads. It is a way of life, extraordinary and wild ,in this world of lofty majestic mountains.
