Playful ,curious harbor seals rest on the iceflow from Exit Glacier.
With miles of rugged coastline containing massive tidewater glaciers, snow-capped mountains and an abundance of marine wildlife, Kenai Fjords National Park is one of Alaska’s crown jewels. We cruise along the park’s rocky islands taking in this spectacular landscape. Our destination is Exit Glacier and the Harding Icefield. We are amazed at the beautiful "blue" ice formations and listen to the cracking and groaning of the glacial ice calving.The lagoon is filled with ice chunks and photographic harbor seals.
